In the last few years, Ecuador has begun a big shift in integrating English classes as a mandatory part of their curriculum. This has caused an increasing need for native English speakers to help students learn the language.

Hananchay has partnered with local schools to offer volunteers a chance to assist the English professors.  You will be placed in an English classroom to work with the students Monday-Fridays. We try to place you in a preferred grade level you feel comfortable teaching.After helping in the classroom, you will have the opportunity to explore and immerse yourself in the Ecuadorian culture.
